Those who purchased a Spectator Ticket online must come to the competition desk on the event day.
An ID card is required for all online ticket holders.
Tickets will be issued after verifying your name on the online purchase list.
No proxy collection is allowed.
If multiple tickets were purchased at once, the ticket holder (purchaser) must come with all spectators on the event day, and each spectator must present their own ID to receive their ticket.

A. 응원 피켓과 응원 도구는 반입 가능합니다. 다만 뒤 관람객의 시야를 가리거나 동선을 방해하는 대형 배너·피켓은 허용되지 않습니다. 야광봉·LED 응원봉 등 은은한 도구는 가능하나 강한 빛을 발산해 관람이나 공식 미디어 촬영에 방해되는 도구는 금지됩니다. 또한 응원도구를 높게 들어 뒷사람 관람을 방해하는 행위는 삼가 주시기 바랍니다.

A. 반려동물은 출입이 제한됩니다.

Q. Do minors/children also need to purchase a spectator ticket?
A. Children in the lower grades of elementary school (and younger) are admitted free of charge.
Q. Can I bring a camera into the venue?
A. General spectators may only record with smartphones.
High-end or professional equipment such as DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, interchangeable-lens cameras, and broadcast camcorders will be inspected at entry and are not permitted.

Q. Can spectators re-enter the venue after leaving?
A. Yes. As long as you are wearing the admission wristband you received, you may re-enter freely until the end of the competition on that day.
Q. Can I bring food or drinks into the venue?
A. Apart from bottled water, outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue.
However, baby food for infants is permitted, but please refrain from feeding inside the competition hall.
Officially provided drinks and food sold within the venue may be purchased and consumed.
Q. Can I bring cheering signs or cheering tools into the venue?
A. Cheering signs and tools are allowed.
However, large banners/signs that block the view of spectators behind you or obstruct walkways are not permitted.
Light sticks or LED cheering sticks with soft lighting are allowed, but devices that emit strong light and disturb viewing or official media recording are prohibited.
Please also refrain from raising cheering tools high in a way that blocks the view of those behind you.
Q. Can spectators bring pets into the venue?
A. Pets are not allowed in the venue.

- Spectator tickets are non-transferable, non-changeable, and non-refundable after the reservation period.
- Please make your reservation carefully.
- After the reservation period, refunds will not be granted under any circumstances, including change of mind, mistakes in ticket purchase, or if the athlete you intended to support does not participate.
